If she walks away smiling, you spent too much.
VIPs who read the unpublished reviews, what reason do you use as to why a review
I took a quick look late last night and just rejected one that was 2 sentences long with no detail whatsoever. I was kinda surprised people submit that kinda crap thinking its worth anyones time.

Do you think stripping will become just like a regular job?

The modern version of stripping has been around since the early 1800s, and sex work is the "world's oldest profession," yet it's all considered taboo. Unfortunately, I don't think anything is ever gonna change that.

TUSCL ALL-STAR SURVEY
^ Pretty much agree with you on those fronts shailynn, except for PL of the year. I would have to say GACA and his stripper drama and babysitting adventures with her kids having him positioned as the frontrunner...

Any good clubs in nyc that have good mileage or extras?
Good luck with that, doubt you'll have any luck with that. My suggestion is if you go to a club thats next to an alley, you can probably catch a couple hobos boning each other. They usually don't make you pay either, but I toss them my doggie bag from dinner and a couple bucks anyways as a tip. Also, I'm sure mamisan has a cousin or two that's open for business.

Yikes, that sounds awful and extremely depressing. Doesn't sound like its dying, it is already dead.

ID scanning vs. Facebook comparison reboot
@ishmael - in my defense, the version of SJG I see now since I've been back is much more reasonable and sociable than the one I remember before my last hiatus from TUSCL. I assume dougster's absence may have something to do with that though...

SJG - again thats not correct. All the info on the license is stored on the magnetic strip. Swiping it collects that info and it can be stored easily from there. This is something I know for a fact and seen firsthabd, not speculation.

when was your last BJ from a stripper
Then again, getting a blowjob or more in the VIP in the Detroit area is more common that getting just a lap dance. They'll look at you like you're out of your damn mind and some sort of creep if that's all you ask for.

SJG - unfortunately, you are wrong about the scanner part. Most modern advanced scanners are actually built to retain the scanned information. This information can be viewed within the device itself, but often its setup so the information can be exported elsewhere. That info is then retained into a database where information can viewed either for security purposes to see who attended and when, for a mail merge, or for more suspect reasons.

ID scanning vs. Facebook comparison reboot
Your last point I believe is false, as its not Guido thats my problem. The data and data firms that have my FB data have the more proper infrastructure to protect my data, and while there is info that could be used for longshot social engineering attempts and to build a marketing profile on me, its not a ton more than that. Sleezeball Guido himself probably does not have the correct infrastructure to protect my data (i.e. - much more easily hacked and not secure). The people who would be after his data are the ones that are out there to truly steal identities, and with my license #, birthday and address, they can do some serious damage on that front. I work in the tax and accounting industry, and we've seen the bad actors on the security side now go after the mom and pop shops rather than the big guys. They know the smaller shops do a shit job at protecting data, so even though the haul is smaller, they have a much better chance to get away with it.

Why do some PL'S spend a crazy amount in the club when ORC can be had for the sa
I very seldom do OTC, really just a handful of times in my 6ish years of being an extras guy. As a married PL, I'm just about the sex and I prefer itc rather than all the pomp and circumstance that comes with OTC. ITC is mention easier for my schedule (I don't have hours and hours of free time in the evenings for dealing with flakey dancers), it limits the paper trail, and keeps the whole situation more grounded in reality. All around it just works best for me.

TwoSheds
Man, this really bums me out. I like TUSCL for the general conversation on the hobby, but when I really needed good nitty gritty info on any of the detroit area clubs, twosheds is where I went without hesitation. With the no holds barred talk that went on there, to say this was inevitable is an understatement, but I'm for sure gonna miss it.

Clubs scanning ID and facebook
The two are far from the same. I fully expect a social media site to use their profile of and data on me as their payment for using the site. I've been using FB for almost 14 years and have had no illusions about that since the beginning. However, with strip clubs, not only is there an expectation of anonymity that them scanning my ID intrudes on, I don't trust them as far as I can throw them. I have zero trust in them to using and protecting my information properly, and the bad actors who could somehow get my info from them frighten me infinitely more than the "bad actors" who have been getting my data from Facebook. In other words, I get where you were going here, but politely I think this a stupid post that completely misses the mark.

Normal strippers?
I honestly don't consider any of them normal. There were 2 I know of that were close. 1 was a nursing student at U of M. She was paying her way through college on her own. Super smart and fun with no family drama or overt personal issues, just knew she was hot as fuck, needed a lot of money and wanted something that would completely work around her busy school schedule. By the time I met her she was a few months away from graduating and planned on quitting as soon as she had a nursing job lined up. Sure enough she did quit dancing once she got an offer and I haven't seen her since. Other one was a 20 year old dancer. Good kid with a solid head on her shoulders. She had a good upbringing, admitted her parents weren't happy with her decision but supported her anyways. A year or two back, her and her ex boyfriend were pulled over while he had just slightly over the limit of weed to be considered for distribution by a teensy little bjt, and she got charged too because he wouldn't cop to it being his. She was in community college and had found it damn near impossible to find a legit job because of her record and said she had resorted to dancing while she tried to get the weed thing expunged from her record at 21. I felt sorry for her. But she didn't feel sorry for herself. I lost touch with her, so I hooe she got everything worked out. Every other stripper I've dealt with and kinda gotten to know besides those two, no matter how great, had some serious issues somewhere along the line.

Boredom
I'm very streaky when it comes to going to strip clubs. I'll be real into it for like 6 months, then I'll burnout, get bored of it, and stop going for like 6 months until I get the itch again. That's why I often come and go on this site. I just returned here and to clubbing after one of my trademark breaks, and it's unavoidable I'll dissapear again at some point. I think it's only natural since this hobby can be draining in many ways. Take a break for a bit. When you get that itch, come on back to it and it will be fun again.
