It is impossible to understand history without context. Context is what causes one generation’s heros to be the next generation’s villains. Good decisions made in the context of 75, or 150 years ago, often look like very bad decisions today. But the benefit of 20/20 hindsight and the lack of proper historical context should not be justification for wanting to re-write or sanitize history or pretend like it never happened.

Depends on what you’re looking for. Hiring bachelor party strippers through an agency will usually get you a decent strip show with 2 or 3 girls for a set time based on a fee plus tips. They will come with their own props and security, and it’s typically very limited touching and no photos. You can also ask your favorite local stripper if she does private parties. Some do, but most (in my experience) don’t. But if you find one who does, going this route tends to be significantly less reliable than the agencies, and no one wants to have a party where the entertainment doesn’t show up. In either scenario, don’t expect the stripper(s) to fuck everyone at the party. That’s typically the domain of one on one OTC.

Back in my day, my stay at home mom did all the cooking and cleaning, and she took up the dishes at the end of dinner, before she bought out dessert. So we never learned how to stack the plates.

Greedy millionaires fighting with greedy billionaires over money, and if it all went away forever I probably wouldn’t miss it. Stay on strike long enough and the public will adapt to other forms of entertainment and you just might become irrelevant.

My god - this stuff really happens in America? Clearly I’m living a sheltered life behind the walls of my gated community. I don’t advocate carrying a gun around 24/7, but if you’re someone who has to travel through these types of communities (for whatever reason I don’t know), then I wouldn’t go alone. You could do society a favor by picking off a few of these animals, but be prepared to face woke hate crime charges.

As the father of grown daughters, I had better never see one of my kids in a strip club (no, the hypocrisy of this statement is not lost on me). Worlds colliding is always awkward. But I find it best to just acknowledge it, rather than try to hide or pretend you didn’t see them. Over the years I have encountered a friend of one of my daughters stripping (when she was supposed to be in college), and many years ago I encountered a girl who occasionally babysat for us (topic of a real “dear penthouse” letter). In both of these instances I broke the ice by saying “I suppose I know your parents about as well as you know my wife”.

I believe the effects of COVID are behind us, but what you’re experiencing is more like the new normal. The glory days of the strip club are behind us, and most areas are seeing more strip clubs closing down every year.

Does your beautiful wife approve of you acting juvenile in a strip club? This is a thoughtful and well written article but it sounds like you are trying to convince yourself that it’s OK for a happily married, well adjusted man to enjoy going out to strip clubs.

Another way of looking at it is geographic / demographic. I am a Miami native, who has been frequenting strip clubs regularly for the last 20 years, but I have never been to this club. It’s not even on my radar.

Hallandale timed “VIP” is not private rooms or curtained booths. So it’s not much different from their communal lap dance room. Good for HJ, or BJ, but not much else.
