    Are you stealthing?
This "I have the right to treat another human shitty because ___________" (I'm a man and I'm entitled to, in this case) idea has to stop. Has empathy completely disappeared for some? Are this many people living in a "Give me mine, fuck you" world now? I think of the lengths I go to in order to try and get dancer respect. Tip well. Smell nice. Dress nice. Make it clear that I'm horny and a rule-pusher, but I'm fun and supportive. Then idiots go around and do this stuff and make it more difficult for the rest of us. Drives me batty.

I buy "Pony," if only because it's hard not to hear that song now and not think of Magic Mike. Different kind of strip club than we usually discuss here, but it counts.

    Stripper Music Hall of Fame
The thing about a hall of fame is that it should take into account more than just "what you like." You want to consider what's appealed to a broad section of clubs and what's had staying power. You want to consider the best, or most representative, of various genres, and you want to make sure to vary your timeframes to catch what was considered the best during a variety of eras. I do think it's important to consider burlesque roots, which is why I recommend "The Stripper." Yes, there were clubs before the lapdance boom of the 70's and 80's. "Girls, Girls, Girls" and "Get Ready For This" are used in a lot of clubs to introduce promo lineups and whatnot to this day. That's staying power. Girls is actually about clubs, anyhow. "You Shook Me All Night Long" is still a popular song for dancers. "She was a sex machine, she kept her motor clean, she was the best damn woman that I've ever seen" isn't a bad way to introduce a dancer. Yes, hip hop has to be there. "Thong Song" still gets dancers rumps shaking, while "I'm In Luv" is something that's been used to tease every newbie PL who gets doe-eyed ever since it came out. It's not just what you like. It's what's lasted and represents the strip club ethos.

    Stripper Music Hall of Fame
Even with the diversity, a Hall of Fame should be representative of many eras. Kind of a "best of all time" list. Here's what I would make the case for in an inaugural class: The Stripper - David Rose & His Orchestra (1962) You Shook Me All Night Long - AC/DC (1980) Girls, Girls, Girls - Motley Crue (1987) Thong Song - Sisqo (2000) I'm 'n Luv (Wit a Stripper) - T-Pain feat. Mike Jones (2005) Spans a healthy timeframe and multiple genres. Songs I think everyone, even non-club goers, can easily associate with a strip club. Honorable mention: Get Ready For This - 2 Unlimited (1991) Baby Got Back - Sir Mix-A-Lot (1992) Harlem Shake - Baauer (2013)

    Legal pot and strip clubs
OK, so here's a question: Will there then be certain clubs that end up being pot-free? My club attendance became far more regular when clubs became smoke-free. I don't care for pot smell, either. I don't necessarily think it should be illegal to use, but I don't like it myself. Maybe just a pot smoking patio for those who want to use?

I went to the Hugger once ... [Danny Vermin voice] ... once. It was a weeknight evening. Only one hot girl there and she went to eat dinner out of a white styrofoam box with some guy at a table in plain view while I was there. Lappers looked rather grindy but were also out in the wide open. It was also weird how the staff all applauded after every girl's stage show. Nice folks at the bar, but sorry, I didn't even get a dance, didn't get enough of the experience to write a review before leaving after 45 minutes, and if I had written a review, it wouldn't have been good. I don't know if anyone's going to have a ton of experience in run-down, small-town dives across the nation. Those places tend to cater to a local crowd. For high-mileage in the ones I'm aware of, TNT or the Hardware Store in central Wisconsin. Bigger town, yeah, go to Detroit, almost any of them there.

What was your very first 'extras' experience ITC like?
Back when I was a little skinnier. Asian dancer at the go-to club near me. Slid her hand right over the top of my pants to grab what she wanted to grab. I was quite pleased.

    A. It opened my eyes to extras culture and definitely opened my eyes to possibilities out of town. TUSCL had gained me a ton of experience with a wide variety of women, even if it's probably cost me a pretty penny in club dollars I wouldn't have otherwise spent. YOLO, I guess.

    Dancer boobs
What I'm noticing around Chicago and Wisconsin is that fake and even larger boobs seem to be on the decline. I don't think as many girls want implants, and those who get work done focus on shape and proportion rather than sheer size. There are a few reasons for this. I think the "natural" movement runs counter to enhancement or even looking enhanced. One personal favorite of mine had implants, but got them taken out as she got more into being a vegan. Also, at least when clothed, bras have come a long way. A girl who's a B without much cleavage can look like a perky C with great cleavage with a well-fitted padded bra nowadays. That doesn't help in a club, but 95 percent of dancers aren't hoping to make a career out of working in a club. The ones I do see with work tend to fall into one of two categories: Older, or younger and fuller. Rather than just going big and out from the chest, it seems like you'll see fuller toward the shoulders and sternum for cleavage, or no bigger but structured at the bottom to keep whatever is there naturally perky and symmetrical. It's a give and take. This is kinda awful, but I sorta miss the old style. I like big. I don't mind fake. I actually kind of prefer imperfect over perfectly symmetrical. The game is passing me by I guess.

I'd be more concerned about the six they didn't find it in. Those clubs must be awful. So guys LDK, they go in with a blacklight and find old stains from that. Big whoop. You go to these places knowing they're not known for sterility. I'm pretty sure they're not talking about gobs dripping down the walls. I'd rather see them keep a better eye on the bar. I'm convinced I got sick once after a night at a club where I suspect they didn't clean the glasses well enough.

Also, as outlined upthread, I recommend every monger spend at least one Saturday night at Penthouse in Detroit before they die. Many guys wish they could finish with a blonde or an Asian with DDs at some point in their lives. I did, with one of each, within two hours.

The only advantages of escorts are that you know what you're getting and can easily do more than you can in a club. Subra pointed out the CR example as to how you don't always know what you're getting in a club. You can get ripped off by a girl promising the world, or a softer sell can have surprising rewards (see my most recent review). With an escort, reviews and whatnot will make it clear. There's one escort who visits my locale regularly who I keep trying to arrange a visit with because she's my kind of girl (redhead, curvy), gets awesome reviews and apparently is known to allow, ahem, a certain thing many escorts won't even do. But she's awful at answering her phone and, when we have set something up, she's stood me up twice. She's the shining example of both the opportunity, and pitfalls, of escorts. In the end, that audition you referred to tells you a lot. You find out a ton about how fun a girl is by seeing her on stage or talking to her in person first. You don't get that in the escort realm. The only problem with clubs is when you live in a non-extras, or even air-dance area. But you can always travel to one that is extras-friendly occasionally.

I'm not convinced your friend is as experienced as you think. Just calling escorts from a site, any site, without first doing due diligence is an invitation to get a girl with fake pics at best, or, at worst, get busted in a sting. I don't care what kind of verification the site claims to have, if she's listed as VIP, etc. You don't just call. My order of operations for if I see an ad that appeals to me: 1. Google her number. One of the first results should be her TER profile. 2. Check that profile and make sure her ads are consistent and her data is in line with what you're seeing. 3. Check a few reviews. I'd say at least five. Guys who have a good time will rave and at least one will verify if the pictures are real in the part non-VIPs can see. Usually, "good ones" will have at least a page of reviews and probably many more. 4. Don't trust someone with only a few reviews. Just like here, it's easy enough for someone to make two or three fake accounts and BS a good review, but the good ones will be clear. When you take this approach, you discover that about 90 percent of escort ads are a waste of time. Most are fake. Those that aren't often use fake pictures, upsell or give crummy service -- not to mention, TER doesn't let you post no-show reviews. I end up with an escort about once every three or four years as a result. This is why I club instead.

I'm investigating the escort scene as well. Damn, Eros is loaded. But one thing to note: I'm not going to have my own room on this trip, and this isn't the kind of group that's going to think it's all that awesome if my roommate comes back to the room on a whim and catches me in flagrante delicto. So my room's out and I hear incall isn't as common in Vegas. Escorts can be a pain. First, you gotta find one you like that's not off-the-charts expensive. Then you've gotta find reviews to make sure you're not getting busted or duped by fake pics. Then you've got to hope her verification process isn't ridiculous. Then you've got to negotiate. And if I'm not sure when I'm going to have free time, it's going to be hard to schedule something quickly. I'm leaning toward something where I can see some nice flesh and claim I was at the Neon Boneyard if need be.

You guys have all come up strong in this thread. Thanks much. Not that there's many reasons to come to Wisconsin, but if you ever do, let me know and I'll try to pass along advice or even try to arrange a meet-up. I'm not hell-bent on extras. There will be a time and place for me to get to Detroit again for those. There's something to be said for just getting to have a super-hot chick in your lap giving you a great grind and letting you cop some feels, and 3/$100 is reasonable for that. It's one of the reasons I occasionally escape Milwaukee for the glam clubs around Chicago. I've gotten a few dances there from dancers that have claimed to have worked in Vegas. Yeah, adding Rhino to my collection of clubs visited would probably be kind of a "third jewel" along with Penthouse in Detroit and, from its glory days, Brad's in Indy. The kind of place you go just to say you went. I know I tried to go to Scores in New York on a trip there, but they weren't open yet. Still probably need to make Mitchell Brothers O'Farrell and Tijuana at some point to truly say I've seen it all. Might be a good topic for another thread: The Mount Rushmore of strip clubs, LOL. Palomino gets really good reviews, but it's also pretty far up the strip. Teo, I read your review of your last visit to Crazy Horse. I can see why you like the place. Doesn't look like it's too far from where I'm at, either. Might make for a decent second option.

Yeah, that's kind of where I'm at. That's why I'm thinking I might just escape to a strip club to see what I can see and make the most of that, if the timing works out that way. Rhino's not far from where we'll be. We used to have a Rhino around here. It would be fun just to see basically the club all others are measured against, but the high-pressure tactics, and high prices, in the reviews make it sound like you pay through the nose for the brand there. Play It Again Sam's also sounds fairly close and seems like hit-or-miss in terms of dancers. Might be worth a trip for a laugh, as long as I can bail quick if nothing seems appealing. I could hit up Deja Vu and get a video sent back if I leave a positive review. That would be interesting. However, to be honest, the girls in the review videos ... not exactly all that appealing. Hustler Club has a label that makes me think that might have potential for more fun. But it also sounds like a bit of a trap. Eh, we'll see if I even have time to find out. Tempted to just take my golf clubs and kill time that way.

Part of the issue is, I'm not sure when I'll have time to break free. The group is going to have a couple occasions where we're going to have free time to go gamble, walk around, whatever. Thing is, I don't know when. If we're talking three or four free hours at 3 p.m. on a Thursday, hitting up a strip club or meandering through the bar to see if there are any ladies feeling transactional seems less shameful than going to a dance club or trying to find a vacationer looking to make a bad decision. That's different than 9 p.m. on a Friday, but I'm thinking we'll be busy then. I might just skip the co-curricular activity. Not sure if it's worth it.

When you come to a strip club board to ask about a place, and all the guys want to talk about are the buffets, that's a sign right there. I kinda had a feeling Vegas clubbing wasn't as great as one might think, especially with the prices I'm seeing. And given the group I'm with, if rather not go civvie-chasing. I'll leave it at that. Some kind of Sin City, huh. All promise, no follow-through. Good to know. Thanks again.

All good advice. Thanks, gents. I had no control over where I'm staying, as the group has events going on. Again, as someone who's not a gambler, I don't see Vegas being someplace I'll visit that often on my own. Last year, I was able to get out of going, hopped a short flight to Detroit while they were gone and had an amazing night at Penthouse. Couldn't get away with it this year, though. Looks like I might just find my way to Rhino or Palomino or something to see some hotness. I don't need to waste my time trolling dance clubs to potentially walk away empty-handed or with some girl who wants to find the nearest quicky chapel. Maybe I'll do like the article says and check out the hotel bar, but again, seems like that could be a waste of time where I'm at as well. A bet on the Brewers to win the Series seems like an awful idea. The Packers to win the Super Bowl seems smarter.

    Kissing - Per StripperWeb
At one of the clubs in this direction out in the sticks that's known to occasionally have a dancer or two who will go the extra mile, I happened to catch a shy, cute, young girl one night who was fairly new and looked good in a tie-top and schoolgirl skirt. I took her for dances and she just kinda sat in my lap not knowing what to do at first, just kind of rocking back and forth without great grindage. I felt her up a little and she didn't mind. She got closer to me and went nose to nose. So I innocently just gave her a peck. She liked it and gave me one. Then we started kissing. The grind got better and we did end up basically making out for a couple songs. It was weird. Not bad. Just weird. It was a level of intimacy I didn't expect. I wasn't out to spend a lot that night, so I didn't take her to a room. Next time I went, she was there and happy to see me, but said her roommate got mono and was concerned she herself was starting to feel consistently fatigued. I ended up telling her I'd gladly give her a nice tip for the conversation, but wasn't going to risk even dances with her. She understood. Haven't seen her at the club since.

What do you think of TER... and should I care?
TER is a great resource if you're going to do the escort thing. However, the bigger question, to me, is if you want to do the escort thing. I personally find trying to find the right escort to be annoying. What you find out from TER a lot of the time is that a lot -- lot -- of escorts out there use fake pics, questionable agencies, rigorous screening or are just too expensive for their own good. It doesn't help that my area struggles to attract good escorts because a witches brew of low cost of living (i.e. girls have to set their rates lower), a lack of businessmen types and strong law enforcement scares away a lot of girls. I will dabble occasionally, as in once every few years if I see a good opportunity arise. But I far prefer the clubs and trying to find ITC/OTC, if only because I trust the WYSIWYG factor in clubs more than the escort game.

    Knowing too much info
Just having a boyfriend isn't too much info for me. It is possible, though, to get too much info on a dancer, though. Had one I particularly liked once, so I sought her out on social media. Found out we had about two degrees of separation from a group of folks I do some work with. She had worked with them from one side of the business and left right before I got there on another side, so I'm sure we know all the same people. Had even won some awards from them for her work. I never would have known if I didn't look her up. Once I did, though, it freaked me out some.

    The "extras" game.
At $500, many will at least give serious consideration, assuming you've established yourself as having no serial killer tendencies. For the average guy, I'd put the acceptance rate at 50-60 percent. There are variables, like how good you look. Some girls will want you to go higher, just not like you, won't want to risk their club job, whatever. However, allow me to retort that, at $500, you're overpaying.
