Is it illegal to stiff a whore?
Illegal? Not sure if that's the question you should be asking. She's already decided to do something outside the law by having sex for money. That makes me think she won't be thinking about any laws if she can track you down for non-payment, which she may then try to recoup by inflicting any degree of harm on you, including your life. Plus, yeah, it just makes you an asshole.

    Detroit strip clubs
Alleged Trump mistress Stormy Daniels is coming to a Detroit Strip Club
I don't know if I'd say "virtually all." Dillion Harper toured a couple years ago and she's still a hot commodity. Alexis Texas still tours, and she's still big. Lisa Ann came through here a few years ago, and while yeah, her boobs have been kind of odd looking for a while, the flirty way she looked me in the eye and said "Thank you for coming" when she was near the door as I left was worth the price of admission. Plus, a lot of feature dancers out there are just that -- feature dancers moreso than pornstars. They're usually in good shape. Yes, some features are pretty bad. The lady with the floppy 36-HHH boobs or whatever is pretty disgusting. And some are washed up and past their prime. But not "virtually all." Maybe I just go to better clubs.

Can you guys tell a girl is a dancer outside of the club?
I'll reverse engineer the question: I remember once seeing a longtime regular dancer in this area at the State Fair. She was there with what appeared to be a boyfriend, I was there with my SO and parents. I remember thinking, "When not in a bikini and with the big back tattoo hidden ... pretty normal." So no.

    Which Camila?
I would do terrible things to Camila Cabelo, in Havana, East Atlanta or anywhere else in the world. When I saw her in the "Worth It" video with Fifth Harmony, I said, "She's gong to be the breakout star. She's the Beyonce in Destiny's Child." When I heard one left the group, I wondered if it was her. It was, and look at her now. Hot damn. She's going to be the next big thing, on a Katy Perry/Taylor Swift level. She's smoking hot.

A, B, C and D. Most people have hands. Far fewer have epic boobs, and of those, ever fewer are willing to use them to get guys off. Those that do are the real MVPs.

How many clubs have closed in your city?
Where I am, I feel like clubs either make it or don't. We have three I frequent and five more I don't. They've all been around as long as I've been clubbing, nearly two decades. A few rebrands, but never any disappearances. No real additions, either. One club in the metro area, well out of town, came and went within two years. But that's about it in terms of changes I've seen.

Don't bring a stripper flowers or chocolate
Last time I was at a certain extras club for which we're all still mourning the closure, the hottest dancer there was occupied the whole time I was in attendance by a much older gentleman, 70 at least, who struggled to walk. She did come out of VIP when the two were done with a fancy gold paper bag with handles that appeared to be some sort of gift. There was something about the whole thing that was a turn-off for me. Didn't stick around to pursue my own fun with her.

Papi, as usual, makes a good point. Most of us who are really into this are essentially using clubbing to fulfill some other need. I know, for me, depression is a thing. I usually don't feel depressed in a club, though. Drinking would probably take over for clubbing if I couldn't club.

As outlined, not being able to control your urges is where a problem may lie. If you're selling your house for your ATF to go on a trip, then yeah, I'd keep seeing the professional help. I love my place. Would never sell for a woman I'm paying for, ahem, services. Of course I love clubbing. But I'm also involved with a new business and spending money on startup costs right now. More Internet videos and fewer club trips for me right now. Every once in a while, I do need a fix. But I feel like I can keep it under control. As long as I can do that, I don't feel too bad.

I'm going to guess most of us who visit clubs regularly have a stronger-than-average libido and are more interested in sex than the average person. And yes, given the money we spend on it, it's probably into addiction-type territory. I look at it a different way: It's one of the few things we're hard-wired to do, along with eating, sleeping, using the bathroom and protecting ourselves (roof over our head, clothing, etc.). You say I'm addicted; I say I'm just more in touch with what's important in life and makes me feel good. I think it's the people that aren't addicted to sex, that come up with whatever excuse they can think of to avoid it from religion to monogamy to whatever, that are missing out. Take that, Doc. (Of course, if you're spending beyond your means such that you can't do the other hard-wired things, yes, you have a problem. But if you've got those other things set ... eh, I think you're good.)

    Snow in Detroit
Snow rarely impacts my club attendance. If anything, it makes me more apt to go because I figure there will be fewer other customers, but still dancers who are looking to make their money, and might be willing to be more generous to the guys willing to hand it over. That means better selection for me.

Sex is Sex but Money is Money
Interesting article. A few things: 1. It's interesting in the first part of that the "get to know you part" is the tough part and the sex is the easy part. But she also mentions that she knows why there's the little profile of the playmates and that guys like to have a connection. I like a connection. I like to know the woman. Even when I go to an extras club, I like it better if I can take 5-10 minutes to talk to the woman before we go upstairs. And with CF/ATF types, I want to sit and talk with them. I want to get to know them. I want to know how I can make things good for them the way they can make things good for me. However, that's also where I notice that's where a lot of them start to feel uncomfortable. I don't think a lot of women who are used to that. Also, I don't mind if she asks about me and what I have going on. But I'll ask more about her and her life, probably. I know me. I live with me every day. I spend enough time in my own head. If I'm out, I want to find out about someone else. Maybe I'm weird like that. 2. All that prep — makeup, lingerie, etc. This is one of the reasons I like seeing dancers walking out at the end of a shift in a shirt & blue jeans. If she looks good like that, we can have a lot of fun without her having to do all that work, and that's hot. 3. "They all want you to come." Men are stupid. It's nice if she does, but you never ask. In fact, you don't bring it up. If you're doing it right, you should be making it enjoyable for her, whether or not she gets there. It's not a win/loss proposition, and putting pressure on her to get there isn't going to help her get there. Just make it as good as you can for her. If you really want to get her there, bring a Hitachi Magic Wand. 4. Ninety percent of clients were married and most were bankers. I am not a banker, nor would I want to be. I do not sell anything and I am not an executive. But then again, I also am not paying $800-$900 for escorts either. If you know what you're doing, you should be able to get quality without having to pay that much. 5. The four categories of client: I probably am the guy trying to buy a relationship. I probably think I'm sweet, but am much more demanding, as she put it. Back to the thing from the start of the article. I'm the opposite of the guy that thinks he owns the escort, though. I want her to be her. I want to pay her, but I also want her, even if it's only ever so slightly, to actually want to fuck me, too, if only somewhat moreso than her other clients. I want more than the money to be why she's there. 6. Not sure if she always had it in her, or if she became it because of escorting, but yeah, sounds like she became all about the money in the end. That last part is what strikes me. That seems unfortunate. I get that they're in it for the money first and foremost, but I try to be polite, smell nice, look good, too, so that we both enjoy it. I don't think those kinds of things even do anything for her anymore. The money is the only enjoyment. That sucks. If there's one thing I wish the article got into more, that would be it. For me, sex is worth more than the money. That's why I end up clubbing. But for her, sex is sex, but money is money. That seems backward. I hope sex never just becomes sex for me. There's still a thrill with every new girl and still a few bucket list things left for me.

No lie. Offbeat songs you heard at a SC
"Candy Girl" has a precedent: It's the song Salma Hayek dances to on stage in front of Jay & Silent Bob as a stripper in "Dogma." So maybe not as offbeat as you'd think. I think I remember being at one club a few years ago that was just plain old stuck in the 80's (I wasn't 21 until the late 90's, FWIW). Yes, there was Hall & Oates. Some clubs will play crappy songs in 2-for-1 promos to try and get you to pay for another song, with good music, at normal price.
