oh, can't wait to get back to DTW. your post made me home sick. Although my last trip was somewhat uneventful I have not lost hope in the motor city. I also tend to stick to the "lower-end" clubs but I think I will have to make my back to Penthouse to revisit my old days.

I vote for San Diego with unlimited travel to TJ. It is safe and if travel rite you would not even need a rental car. You can fly into SD stay downtown and take the train to the boarder and back. You will need a passport although I have heard of people using a drivers license and birth certificate,I see them standing in a very long line on the return side of the boarder.If you go to TJ you will go again. Plus there is tons of things to do in SD plus the weather is dryer and cooler.

I try to limit the personal talk, nothing good can come of it. Stripper drama has little real life value. Just yesterday a stripper came up and asked me for a dance because she had a bill due and they were calling her cell for collection. She also mentioned that she had the money to pay the bill just the day before but went shopping and spent it. Two types of dances I try to avoid "I need money" dance and "I have never danced before". Also while I'm on a rant, please (dancer) stop asking what I do for a living and what my hobbies are, your my hobbie and I will never be able to explain what I do for a living.

well I made a stop a Pandora's at around 9 pm last night. $5 to self park, $20 cover, $5 for a redbull(it is a BYOB and the beer store next door was closed). As it turned out it was $5 dance night. The first girl offered $10 dances of which the first one would be topless and the second one woulb be nude. When I asked about the sign outside showing $5, she said, oh yea I forgot. I spotted a tall blonde and tipped her a dollar on stage and she placed my hand on her "squirrel" and asked when the last time I saw a hairy snatch? Well this turned out to be my $5 dance partner. We danced for 6 dances of which she tried to only charge me for 4. I paid for all 6 and a tip. All in all a great time. I don't know if $5 is every Wednesday or just a one time off.

well i do have a car and could drive to FW if it was better then the two mentioned.

i like to watch them come off b/c that means she is about to climb on my lap.

I am on the Sleaze/dive side as i see it defined here. Actually I am on the high milage side and many times can find it in clubs that have many dancers in the mid 6 to high 8's level. If I want flirting from pretty girls (but no contact) and or food, I will go to Hooters. I am on the road a lot and find that San Diego (thank god for TJ), most of Ohio, anything north of Washington Park in Ill, all of New Mexico most anything north of RI on the east coast and Orlando to name a few locations as "go to Hooter" verses spend any money in the clubs

I was in Detroit last week and the visit was rather week (see reports), I'm in St. Louis now and last night the Washington Park (Sunday) was weak, I will be back at it tonight to see if was just a weak night thing. I would agree with above, get a cheap flight to San Diego but stay out of the USA SC's head accross the boarder, bust bang for the buck plus San Diego is great. Oh BTW I have not experience with Baltimore, sorry.

1. there is a great GMILF type bar maid on the day shift at IR in cocoa beach she dresses like a biker chick. 2. most of the maid and waitresses at Wacko's again day shift. 3. believe it or not a new young bar maid on day's at a dive joint called Pony's in Jacksonville 4. simular but different, the bartenders (female) will go topless at Sin's nude bar in Jax's if you tip them $5.00

Visions, agree with the mass most other clubs are just looking for drunk visitors. It is a small drive to Visions so if you don't have a car and are stuck in the Quarters make the most of your party and stay out of SC's. Booze and music.

yea and the number one thing to do (or not to do) is to loose your rental car keys in Hong Kong.

Yea I guess I have known at least three, all great looking and great value for the dollar. They all were proud that they could compete with the "younger" girls. No drama,not expectations, all fun.

I guess it just goes to show you. I have been in all the above locations at most hours of the day and nite and only once did I feel a little uneasy. That was in Washington Park, Il. (E. St. Louis area where Miss Kitty' is at) and that was only because a guy at the gas station (stopped for ATM) told me not to park my car out of site of the front doors. I thanked him and moved on. Actually I was more concerned with him then his advise. Maybe it is because I grew up in Detroit (8 mile and John R). Still you can't be too safe. I do like Washington Park.

I wouldn't waste a dime on San Diego SC's. Take the trolly and your passport to TJ. Take a cab from the boarder to the Zona and a cab back from the Zona to the boarder then the trolley back to your start point. If you are concerned about any after effects, just go to Hong Kong and you can purchase whatever level you want for the cost of a couple of US priced lapdances.

don't know if I would spend the night in TJ but there is a site http://www.tjamigos.com where I would spend some time prior to heading accross the boarder. I have always used a passport and would expect long line at the boarder on your return to the US even if your walking. I have always felt saft but never leave the zona area. I take a cab as soon as I cross over and take a cab from the zona to the boarder. It's only $5 each way and a tip of $1 will be appriceated.Do your research prior and you should have a great experiance. I still have not done an overnight but have thought about it. Hong Kong has a website and you can reserve an overnight the rooms are small compared to US standards but recently renewed and would be ok for 24 to 36 hours.Good luck and report back.
