Depends if you plan to hang around the club much. If not, sure, go for it. Your chance of success is almost nil, but it could happen (like you could get hit by lightning or win the lottery), and, more importantly, there is nothing to lose. If you do plan to hang around there often, you risk her gossiping about you to her coworkers and tipping them off. So I would just drop it in that case, and, in the future not spending money on the ones you want to be friends with (and/or fuck, without paying).

The OP was asking because he was only going to be around for a short time. Not enough time to build up the "trust" you are imagining (a very deliberately chosen word) develops. Yes you need to find the waitresses who have been working for more than a couple. But a huge amount of time is not necessary either. Gossip spreads fast among girls. One risk is that some strippers make deals with waitresses to give them a cut of referrals. You have to be specific about what you ask for. Don't ask "who's a good dancer?" say "I'm looking for a blond with real boobs, who does extras." In fact, if you really wanted to play it safe you could tell the waitress "half now, half after she's delivered".

The waitresses are the truly the wisest regarding these things, and generally don't feel a great deal of loyalty to the dancers (class warfare?), so you shouldn't have any trouble getting them to spill the beans. If not just apply a $20 tip: A big deal for a waitress.

Night shift technically start between 8 and 9 PM here. There are huge differences, IMO. During the day the girls tend to be older, more likely to do extras ITC, less chatty, more jaded, and more expensive and less open to negotiating price. Night shift is generally where you will find the highest quality girls (if you are looking for things like young, good looking, sense of humor, positive outlook (or at least act) etc.). Also even though the day girls are generally higher mileage ITC, the night girls seem to be more up for OTC. For me day shift had more of a fast food feel, and night shift was where the real adventures were. But others see it differently.
