Always glad to hear when someone got back up, dusted themselves off and got back out there.

IMO Coliseum has the best "party" atmosphere.
I am going to be in the D soon (for what it's worth) as well and my itinerary is:
1. Flight Club
2. Landing Strip
If I get around to it:
3. Coliseum
4. BTs Dearborn

A) sweet potato casserole, mashed taters and gravy, corn.
B) It’s Only Love - Tina Turner and Bryan Adams
C) Benihana
D) went to a gas station to purchase a money order and overnight it so a stripper could pay her health insurance monthly premium.

I’ve done some stupid stuff in my life and blown money on crazy things I should not have, but never 2k for OTC.
I’d counter with $500 for 90 min.
She took a shot with you, now it’s time to bring her back to reality. She can take it or leave it, but don’t cave to 2k.

Post COVID - the first things that come to mind as in prices still being too out of wack are 1. Groceries 2. Upscale restaurants 3. Strip clubs. Of those 3 you only NEED one of them and the other 2 are simply discretionary. If clubs have nothing to entice their customers then it’s going to be hard to bring them in. We’ll all still go to strip clubs, but how frequently we go is the issue. I know I go a fraction compared to preCOVID and it’s for a variety of reasons, probably 2nd biggest (behind less work travel) is lack of talent these days.

Most people go to strip clubs by themselves. You’ll be fine.
Many have given good advice above this post. Mine is, if you plan on drinking take a cab or Uber.

Speaking of other guitarists, the rumor has always been that the Slash and Axl Rose beef was because Slash later did a guitar solo for Michael Jackson and Axl was mad because it was known MJ was abusing children and Axl was offended Slash agreed to work with MJ, knowing that Axl was abused as a child.

Matt Gaetz probably just got a get out of jail card - for life. If the allegations against him are true (and he seems creepy enough to believe them) they’ll be buried deep in the Floriduh sand now.
I don’t like the Noem nod either. Her kid was so dumb she couldn’t even become a realtor and pulling strings for her caused so much drama people thought she should resign, and that was way before she was dumb enough to admit she killed her dog.

Guitarist:
Eddie Van Halen, solely because so many other people have tried to replicate his work. Name another guitarist that’s been copied as much as him?
Steve Vai. YouTube “Steve Vai teeth of the hydra” where he plays a bass, guitar and sitar all at the same time. One could argue he is an Eddie Van Halen emulator although he trained under Frank Zappa. I mean he did a few albums with David Lee Roth too!
Drummer:
Steward Copeland is an excellent choice but I would put him at number 2 behind Neil Peart. You don’t even have to mention the band he was with because every rock music enthusiast knows.
Honorable mention - Mike Mangini, original drummer for Dream Theater. I used to like Dream Theater but they got way too long winded after Mike was kicked out. Watching videos of him play live are amazing.

If it’s too crappy for me to spend the night, then no, I’m not going in there for an hour to have sex either.
As a guide I go by Priceline star rating. 3.5* and 4* - I am rarely rarely disappointed. May not be the coolest hotel but at least it’s clean. If I’m in an area that the best is a 3* (which is common) I read trip advisor raviews and do my best to choose wisely, there are excellent 3* and bad ones out there as well.
Never go 2.5* or less.
When in Vegas only go 5*. A 4* in Vegas is the same scenario to a 3* anywhere else in the country. Some great, some horrible. Great: Paris. Horrible: Excalibur. They are both 4* in Vegas.

This is all relative- keep in mind.
Dolfans “6” in Miami metro is probably a “9” in a Midwest club. Better talent pull.
Also like Dolfan said, a lot of older divorced or widowed PLs will take an average looking stripper that’s an engaging conversationalist over a hot one that can’t string a sentence together. There’s a reason those older strippers are still working and having success and the main reason has nothing to do with their looks. They found a niche, something many of us look for our entire life while at work.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked into a club and that “6” is the hottest girl working.
One of my former ATFs was a 6. On the street as a “civilian” you wouldn’t even look twice at her, but in the club all done up she became a 7 IMO. She was a good conversationalist, reliable for OTC (never cancelled on me), her rates were very reasonable, she was amazing in bed, and we had fun together outside of the bedroom. Probably the least attractive of all my steady OTC partners in the past but if I could revive any of those old OTC relationships today she’d probably be the one I’d pick.

A) anticipating the release of an album and going to a store to buy the CD - usually on a Tuesday, sometimes stores would stay open until midnight Monday for a much anticipated release.
B) Man Called Otto. Made the mistake of watching this while on a flight and I was crying. Other than Schindlers List, I can’t remember any other movie making me cry.
C) very rarely food but if on the road I’ll buy a bottled water or Diet Coke from a vending machine.

Keep it in my pants when I do OTC. If I were a stripper it would stand for I like big bucks and I can not lie.
If you read nicespices response I can relate so much.
I have over a 100 customers I deal with. Probably speak to 75+ of them at least once a month. 50+ at least once a week. 20+ on a daily basis.
That’s a lot of interactions, but I usually have 4 or 5 that are never happy no matter what. I could give them services for free and they’d still find a reason to complain.
People like this (at least it seems) appear to have a goal to make everyone else around them as miserable as they are. It sucks because that one bad interaction will make you quickly forget all the normal or good interactions and success you have the rest of the week.
