Papi - $300 for FS is a little high for Ybor Strip, but not too much. i think the mistake may have been going to the VIP. i have been offered FS in the normal private rooms but that was a few years ago.

Yup the discount dances on Wednesday are very short. It really is not a special at all.

Agree with many here. My favorite cities: 1. San Diego, solely due to Tijuana 2. Greater Tampa Area 3. Greater Philadelphia area, including nearby NJ clubs 4. East St. Louis 5. Greater Miami Area up to PBI 6. LA/COI Portland, Dallas, and Chicago-land including nearby Indiana clubs would be next on the list. Atlanta used to be up there, but it is now pretty lame other than Follies, and Follies isn't the experience it was 5 years ago. I have traveled to almost every major city in the US, and many minor ones. However, I have never been to Detroit area. So I can't comment on those clubs. Maybe someday. I will travel to Houston later this year, so maybe it will make the list.

You hit on it, $10 / $20 Wednesday's really aren't that great of a deal because the songs are so short. Polekatz $10 Tuesday is a much better deal. Songs are not cut short.

Oasis is your best bet for high mileage just keep an eye on the clock so you aren't overcharged for dances

There is rail service but it won't get you to Tijuana at 11:00. The rail station is about 2 mikes from the airport and you have to switch trains Not really a good option. I would probably do uber to the border and back. Or car rentals are relatively cheap and you can park for 24 hours at the borde for $10 or so Leaving at 2:00 am should be fine. Lines aren't to long at that time. In terms of experience once there. The reviews should tell you all you need to know. My advice is make friends with a waiter and tell him exactly what you are looking for. Have fun

Honestly agree with this. I am pretty comfortable going to most clubs, even in rough parts of town. Arnie's is the only club i have ever been to where I didn't really feel safe.

The best looker wasn't offering then bargain price, I never really negotiated a price with her. The young skinny one with a couple of missing teeth was offering the low prices.

There is a separate VIP bar that I think requires a VIP membership. However, the VIP rooms are available to anyone on any night to take the right girl to (for a fairly high price)

I think so, i have danced with her before. She is super sweet, just the dance is not real high contact

Why only Wednesday to Saturday? I will be down there early in the week in a few weeks

Place is definitely on its way back . I think the new name will help. Next they need to turn down the neon pink lights .

Your review sounds much like my visit a few months ago. I agree the exit is really bizarre . Were there many customers ? I am wondering if this place is going to make it

When I was there in February VIP prices were also higher than in the past. But not by a lot. I think I was quoted $215 for 30 minutes

Business at Hong Kongnis fine.. its hard to have a bad time at HK so the reviews should be positive. They are the #1 reviewed club on Tuscl. They don't need to post club ads .
