Old Messages

I cleared out a bunch of Messages from Discussion posts using my laptop earlier last week. I got a little lazy last night and logged into TUSCL via my iPhone. When I went to Messages, I saw old messages dating back several years that I can't see on my laptop. I use DuckDuckGo on my iPhone and Windows 11. And, I routinely flush cache on both devices. Anyone else experience this?
